All of our 3D puzzle kits are glue-free. Instead, these laser-cut wooden pieces fit together like a jigsaw puzzle and are both satisfying to assemble and leave no marks.

All parts are pre-cut and can be easily removed from the board with a simple finger press. The parts are secured to the board by small cross sections. If you have trouble removing parts from the board, simply use the cardboard box opener to remove them.

Basswood, which grows in the North Frigid Zone, is very strong and durable.

To safely release the part from the board and avoid any potential damage to it, gently press the indicator line with your finger. For optimal assembly and to ensure a correct fit, we recommend checking every detail for imperfections and removing them with the finest sandpaper (sandpaper will be included with the product). If some parts are difficult to connect, try lubricating the parts with a household candle.

Yes, you can color it. We recommend using watercolor, gouache or mordant type paints. You can also use acrylic paints, but their density may prevent the gears from moving freely.

Depending on the specific requirements of each model, each set comes with everything you need to assemble it. In some cases, you may choose to use other tools and substances, such as small sharp knives or box openers, household candles and sandpaper.

We offer a 30-days risk-free return policy on our website. Please notice that returns must be in original packaging and condition with receipt. If the returned item is not in the acceptable condition it will be refused acceptance. If the reason for the return is that you do not like/do not want it, the return postage will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return the package directly, and contact us for the return address. We do our best to ensure all orders are perfect. We apologize if part of your order is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item! In these cases, do not throw away the packaging.
