Refund and Return

Refund and Return Conditions:

  • Refunds and returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the purchase.
  • Requests can be submitted via email at service@bennama.co or through the "Contact Us" page.
  • Customers need to provide their order number and the reason for the return or refund.
  • Only purchases made on bennama.co are eligible for refunds or returns. Purchases from other websites must be handled with the respective sellers.
  • Returns must be in their original packaging and condition, and a receipt must be included.
  • The shipping charge for returns due to personal reasons is not covered by the company.

Damaged Products:

  • If a customer receives a damaged product, they should not discard the packaging.
  • Customers should contact the company immediately at service@bennama.co and provide order details, proof of purchase, pictures of the damaged package or products, and the correct shipping address.
  • The company will arrange a replacement for damaged items at no cost, but customer-caused damage may incur an extra fee for replacement.

Process Time for Refunds:

  • Upon receiving a returned item, the company will inspect it and notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Refunds will take 3-14 business days after approval, with additional processing time required by the customer's payment bank.

Change or Cancel Orders:

  • Customers can request order modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
