1.SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestically, we ship to all 50 US states. In our strive to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible we utilize shipping methods allowing delivery within 5 to 10 business days of successful payment processing (continental US). Shipping fees cover processing, handling, packaging and delivering of your order.

 

We offer free shipping on orders valued at $39 or more. Orders under $39 will be charged $6.99 for shipping.

For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow 7-12 business days for delivery.

For delivery to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses, allow two weeks for delivery

Most purchases shipped form our warehouses arrive within 3-8 business days. If there is a delay, we will notify you via the email. Some multiply orders may be shipped in different boxes and may not arrive at the same day.

 

2.SHIPPING TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS

Bennama understands that there may be times when you are unavailable to receive a package at home, or you might want to have a gift shipped directly to the recipient. If such request is received with your order, we will contact you by mail to ensure that there is no fraudulent activity on your account.
